We need people to participate in the development of creative cultural experiences as a profit making enterprise. We need managers, secretaries, researchers, accountants, marketers and other positions. We need artists of all kinds and people with crafts and trades skills. We offer great opportunities for many different kinds of businesses to participate with us in mutually profitable enterprises and we seek sponsorship for cultural activities. For all of the people and entities who are involved in festivals or other cultural developments, we offer our contributions to create a more meaningful experience for all.
The best thing about working in Valenturium is that most work involves the whole family in doing things together that are culturally enriching and are designed to strengthen families.
The advantages that we offer to businesses is our willingness to volunteer our labor in exchange for simply using their site of business as a place of activity for our culture. Our main contribution is operating our cultural activities, but we will do additional work for the business when it fits into our cultural activities, like on farms and ranches. So in some cases, the business owner doesn't have to pay us anything and we will provide some additional labor for them. Besides that, we will advertise their business.
We will negotiate with the business owner to share in the profits after it has been shown that we are increasing the profits for the business, but until then our contributions will be free. We will ask that the business owner and their employees cooperate to some degree, as it's convenient for them, in participating in our cultural activities. We will operate our cultural activities and our support businesses and keep all of the profits we earn ourselves.

We can provide opportunites for the unemployed. Anyone who wants to join into the culture and perform a socio-cultural role of some kind will be garunteed employment, food and shelter. Everyone will be valued and everyone will have something that few enjoy in the mundane world, a rich social network of friends and companions, and they will experience somthing that the mundane world doesn't provide, a meaningful cultural experience.

Inns, B&Bs
Inns are among the best businesses for us to create our culture and generate business for the inn while entertaing and involving the guests in enriching cultural activities. Some of our activities may be developed regularly at the inn which includes establishing social leaders who organize social gatherings and involve guests in creating cultural pursuits. These activities may be presented in a way that is very quiet and non intrusive on the peaceful repose of the guests or if the owners of the inn wish, there may be many exciting activities around the inn. We can bring in many of our own people who may reserve all of the rooms for a particular day, weekend for week or longer and get permission to create our full scale culture around the inn, while considering the wishes of the owners who may reside there. Some inns specialize in being for families with children or couples or in providing lots of activities, we want to work with all types of inns in a manner that is appropriate with their preferred atmosphere, but primarily with inns who are interested in developing cultural activities for their guests.

Hotels and Resorts
Though many cultural activities are not appropriate in a the enclosed space of a hotel, we may enhance the entertainment and social atmosphere of the hotel and have some limited activities.
At resorts we may develop some of our sports and recreational activities as well as organizing social gatherings for the guests with roles in which the guests may participate. We can bring in many of our own people and reserve the meeting room, ball room or other sections of the hotel or resort for our parties and other activities and by doing so provide great publicity for the hotel which may include charitable functions.

Entertainment Industries
We can produce our cultural activities at some amusement-theme parks and other large outdoor entertainment complexes which will bring in additional customers and provide publicity.
Entertainers
Our cultural activities offers many opportunities for entertainers of all kinds, we invite musicians, singers, dancers, particularly folk dancers, people who have developed personas for reenactments and people who have worked up acts for Renfaires, festivals, historic villages, medicine shows, storytellers, etc.
Folk Groups
Folk groups make good partners for our activities; folk music, dance, storytelling, traditions, rituals, etc. are good additions to any of our activities and should be presented as a part of their appropriate nation or ethnic group.

Retail Stores and Service Businesses
By getting permission from store owners we can create our cultural activities around the store, particularly on the sidewalks and streets and around town that will bring customers to town and into their stores. In some limited way that doesn't interfere in their business, we can bring some of our activities into the stores and encourage customers to participate in them. We would also like to involve the people who work in the businesses as participants in our culture while doing their job in ways that doesn't conflict with their job. We would like to show businesses just how much additional profits they can bring in by enhancing their business.

Antiques, Flea Markets and Yard Sales
Our activities are a perfect fit with antiques shops, flea markets and yard sales because many of their items are used and may be rented out to be used in our cultural activities, earning money for both of us. Our activities may be matched with the items to create the proper theme to get people to come out and not only look at the items, but desire to rent or buy the merchandise in order to participate. Organizing a festival or other event near an antique store or flea market makes a good partnership, and small groups may contact persons who are planning a yard sale to organize people in the neighborhood to make it larger community participation event. Even one home can have a yard sale and get together with a small group to organize activities. One of the best ways to make a lot of money on used merchandise it to rent it out to use in cultural activities, particularly historic costumes, tools, toys, antiques, etc.

Advertising and Networking
We seek sponsorship and with it we pledge to be most dedicated to the sponsors in advertising for them at every appropriate opportunity, and what's more, some participating entities will sign exclusive contracts to purchase all of a particular good or service from the supplier or others may sign limited contracts for purchasing a certain amount. Besides that, we will also actively network with all of the other businesses, organizations and people with whom we work and associate to encourage, and when able, to get them to sign exclusive or limited contracts to purchase a certain supplier's products.

Festivals
There are many kinds of festivals all over the world and they provide some of the best opportunities to showcase creative cultural experiences through demonstrations and involving people in our cultural activities. By including us in your festivals we will develop more participatory activities that will bring people in, beyond the usual crafts and food booths and music in the background.

Farms and Ranches
We will volunteer to work on farms and ranches providing extra hands and reduce the amount of work they have to do. We will increase their productivity and help to provide more free time for farm and ranch people to participate in our cultural activites. Some of our people may accept full time paid employment and others will work part time for pay while others will work part time without pay. We will agree to provide some labor in exchange for simply using their farm or ranch as a place of activity for our culture. With the permission of the landowners, we will develop the farm or ranch in a place of enriching cultural experiences with many activities that are appropriate to the place.
Dude ranches and guest farms provide the best sites for developing our culture, we want to get the consent of the owners to develop cultural activities and hopefully to turn the farm or ranch into a full time participant in creative cultural experiences by recruiting the owners or other people who live at or near their home to be the permanent social and cultural leaders of the site. We will tie in the life on the farm or ranch with nearby activities and organizations to use the farm-ranch experiences as participation in a much larger purpose that includes developing a local, regional, national or historic culture, empire building, organizing the society, participating in colonization, encampments, battles, festivals, etc. By accepting our services, the owners will attract more visiters who will find many more exciting experiences and greater social and cultural enrichment that will make them want to stay longer and keep them coming back.

Mills
We seek to gain the partial use of old water powered grain mills and possibly some saw mills. We will volunteer our labor to help to repair and maintain the mill and we will develop our activities around the mill.

Homes
Owners of private homes, particularily historic homes, who wish it may agree to host parties and other gatherings that may include, socializing, charity events, or cultural activities in and around their home. We will volunteer to help with planning and holding the events and will in some cases, if the owners accept, also do work around their house, do repairs, help with decor and help to turn the home into a center of social and cultural life of the community. We will pay a portion of the profits that come from the events to the home owners, so its a great way to supplement your income. Property owners may give their permission for us to use other parts of their land, but not the home itself or the immediate lawn, and still earn money.

Crafters and Trades People
Crafts people and practitioners of traditional trades will find greater opportunities to sell their products by joining together with us in creative cultural experiences by putting their crafts within cultural activities that increase participation by guests and at the same time advertise and sell their products. Crafts people are always very prominent at most festivals and fill historic villages and reenactment sites, usually as volunteers. They are always looking for opportunities to showcase and sell their crafts. We offer the best opportunity for crafts and trades people of all kinds to participate in a meaningful culture and teach and demonstrate their skills to the widest possible audience. We offer the greatest opportunities for them to make a profit by not only selling their crafts, but they can, by working with us, earn salaries just by performing their skills and participating in other socio-cultural activities. As we attract paying customers, everyone working at a specific site will reap the rewards.
Most people who perform traditional crafts or trades do so because of the personal satisfaction and cultural value they get from the activity, this meaning may be further enhanced by joining in our cultural activities. Most festivals are really just open air shopping malls, our events are participatory and allow the crafters to take on real social and cultural leadership roles that allow them to put their skills to work within real cultural activities. Historical sites and reenactments provide opportunities for crafts and trades people, but this involves imitating what people did in the past rather than using their own creativity to develop their crafts and trades and put them within the present day cultural context.
Specifically what we are looking for are people who wish to sell their crafts and at the same time accept social-cultural roles and participate within our cultural activities to some degree, it would be most helpful if they would also involve their family and friends and recruit other people to join into the activities.
At historical reenactments tourists look upon the crafts as a curiosity from the past and few buy anything, in our culture we will create a constant demand for products and services, for instance; blacksmiths will actually have horses to be shod, they make and repair tools, and sell them to others within our culture, basket makers will make baskets to be used by our people, potters will make the pottery that we will use, wagon makers will build the wagons for transporting products, we will make many of our own clothes because they will be made from unique designs that fit our culture, artistic crafts will fill the stores and people who perform various services will also be needed, i.e. farm laborers, carpenters, mechanics, etc.
Producers and retailers of historical articles such as clothing, tools, accoutrements, personal items, furniture and other objects from different eras; i.e.; medieval clothing, weapons and armor, Victorian clothing, furniture, products of the Old West, buckskinners products, etc., all will have a greater market within the creative cultural economy because as we bring more people into participating in our culture we will create with it the demand for these products and also to remake those traditional products in different custom styles that are creative and unique and fits our culture. That's why it's important for the merchants of traditional crafts and historic articles to join with us to promote and organize creative cultural experiences because it will certainly increase their profits immediately and in the long run will provide the opportunity for gigantic market growth as we spread creative cultural experiences around the world.
