We are building a network of social organizations by recruiting as many people as possible into an association of individuals, families, communities, ethnic groups, nations, clubs, businesses and other cultural groups for the purpose of fostering personal freedom and creativity within close community bonds in a society of meaningful roles based on moral values in pursuit of cultural excellence.

We will direct the comprehensive social and cultural life of the community by developing a more meaningful culture that is relevant to the real lives of the people who are part of it by creatively developing meaningful world, ethnic, national, regional, historic, traditional and contemporary cultures. 
   We need to take an active part in creating the culture in which we live. For a culture to be alive and vibrant, people must be involved in the continual process of creating it on a daily basis. Cultural creativity is an expression of the identity of the individuals who form the interrelationships of a society. To take part in creating one’s preferred culture is to express one’s values and identity in a most direct, meaningful and lasting way. 
   Developing the culture goes far beyond promoting the arts, it is primarily about developing a more meaningful way of life -- it is lifestyle excellence. The process for developing a culture begins with a group of people having a clear concept of their identity as a people, their values and their character, where people have meaningful socio-cultural roles. We want to create participatory activities to bring people into a complete civilization where they can freely create their own culture according to their own beliefs and organize their own society according to their values.
  In order to transform contemporary civilization we must incorporate all positive contributions from the history of human experience into a purposeful culture that is more meaningful, conducive to human creativity and focused on challenging people to achieve excellence in their everyday lives. We will organize society with a structured social leadership that provides role models, guidance and clear rules to follow. People who become social and cultural leaders will be chosen based on their personal virtue, charisma and abilities to lead others, this challenges people to pursue excellence in all areas of their lives to become better people. To paraphrase Vince Lombardi, the quality of a person's life is in direct proportion to one's commitment to excellence.
   Cultural entrepreneurship is a comprehensive pursuit of excellence in all areas of life, in how people live, work, play, dress and create art that relates to people’s lives. Culture is the complex interaction of a people tied together by identifiable modes of living based on common values and lived within certain concepts that are manifestations of the identity of a people including their customs and traditions.
   We will work to continuously improve the cultural quality of the environment in which people live, we will organize community activities that bring people closer together, create and lead the various activities and work to develop, promote and maintain the integrity of ethnic and national cultures as well as create new cultural identities and customs.
   Cultural developers should strive to encourage cultural diversity while maintaining the appropriate local culture by upholding morality and preserving traditions that have value while incorporating innovative ideas.
